The Chrisleys are returning to reality TV…without their parents!
The heads of the famous clan, Todd and Julie Chrisley, fell from grace following their incarceration on fraud and tax evasion charges. The couple received a joint sentence of 19 years, currently months into their first year behind bars.
The dynamic duo’s children have actively aired their parents’ prison struggles, raising awareness about their alleged “inhumane” conditions. While they continue to fight for their release, the spouses’ loved ones are ensuring they remain a relevant topic with their new show.

Before ending up behind bars, the family made waves as the stars of USA Network’s “Chrisley Knows Best” series. They earned nine seasons alongside a 3-season spinoff, “Growing Up Chrisley.” Unfortunately, both shows were canceled over the fraud scandal.
The situation became an opportunity for those left behind as Chase, Savannah, Grayson, and Chloe, alongside their grandmother “Nanny” Faye Chrisley, were chosen to lead a new reality series. The untitled program, per Deadline, shall be produced by Scout Productions, the company responsible for the beloved “Queer Eye” show.
The program, currently in development, shall follow the children and Todd’s mother as they navigate their lives without the real estate mogul and his wife. There is undoubtedly plenty of content to unpack for the upcoming series, as Chase recently ended his engagement with Emmy Medders.
Meanwhile, Savannah is struggling with the weight of responsibility placed on her young shoulders as the guardian of her younger brother Grayson and niece Chloe. The Sassy by Savannah founder once discussed footing a hefty monthly bill on therapy for herself and the children in her care.
Addressing the upcoming series, the former beauty pageant competitor raved about her family’s collaboration with Scout Productions. Singing the company’s praises, the 26-year-old chimed: “The time was right to share our story, and we couldn’t have found better partners in Scout Productions.”
“Their ability to balance popular culture and empathy through authentic storytelling is unrivaled, and I know they’re going to find the right home for this next chapter of our lives,” the blonde beauty claimed. “We’re so happy to be back.”
The Chrisleys’ new program shall be executively produced by David Collins, Rob Eric, Renata Lombardo, and Michael Williams. Speaking on behalf of Scout Productions, Eric echoed similar excitement about working with Savannah and her family.
“Collaborating with the Chrisley family, who are nothing short of reality royalty, for their much-anticipated return to TV is beyond thrilling,” the Chief Creative Officer admitted. “They’re ready to bring their signature heart and quirk back to the fans, and we look forward to telling their story.”
Savannah Chrisley Teased The Reality TV Show While Clearing The Air About A Rumored Documentary
Before confirming her family’s upcoming show with Scout Productions, the former Miss Tennessee Teen USA titleholder dropped hints about the program. The revelation came while the 26-year-old addressed an alleged documentary about her parents’ incarceration.
In July, shortly after her stepsister Lindsie Chrisley announced she would not participate in the rumored documentary, the Atlanta native opened up about the situation on her Instagram Story. Sharing a lengthy video, the blonde beauty refuted the program’s existence.
“I was notified of some crazy stories that have been out there about this family documentary. First of, I want to set the record straight, there is no family documentary that is happening,” the TV personality explained.
“Me, Chase, the kids, and nanny are filming a new reality show, and we’ve partnered with an amazing production company to do this. And it is going to be the first reality show that we’ve done,” Savannah continued, teasing her family’s collaboration with Scout Productions.
Regarding the rumored documentary, the “Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley” podcaster stated she and her older brother Chase did not give the green light for its production. According to the media personality, any documentary about her parents was fake news as it did not have their input or cooperation.
“Because the truth was just not behind it, and from day one, I’ve said no, no, no, no. I was not cooperating, nor were the kids or Chase,” the former beauty pageant competitor confessed.
“Also, any documentary that does happen is all based off lies. Because at the end of the day, if Mom and Dad aren’t involved, how do you get the full truth? They should be able to share their side of any story that is being told,” Savannah argued.
