Could you eat the same meal every day for 10 days? Most people would probably answer that question with a no, but Brooklyn Nets star Mikal Bridges has done exactly that!
The NBA star recently revealed his daily meal for the past ten years and many fans totally agree with his choice!
Mikal Bridges Loves Chipotle: “It’s Fire!”
During a recent interview with GQ Sports, Bridges shared the meal he’s eaten every single day since about 2013.
“I eat this every day! And it’s been about, how many years since I’ve been eating Chipotle? Since 2013/14, so about 10 years,” he confidently said. “Still been on a heavy to this day.”
He said that his friends and family tease him a bit for his daily food choices, but he said, “It’s too fire to not have it every single time.”

Bridges then revealed his exact order, “White rice, no beans, double chicken, medium and mild salsa, corn, and lettuce.”
“Oh, I used to get the hot salsa, but I don’t know if y’all know that hot salsa,” he continued. “I don’t know what they did to it in this past couple of years, but I’ll just take one bite I just be like, just chugging water and it still ain’t helping. It just is like painful eating a bowl.”
The Nets star said he was feeling “soft” because of his love of spicy foods but he just couldn’t eat Chipotle’s hot sauce anymore after so many years. “Rest in peace to the hot sauce,” he said as the interview clip concluded.
Many viewers of GQ Sports’ TikTok video of Bridges sharing his daily meal added their thoughts to the comment section. Shockingly, a few people said they would also eat Chipotle every day!
“Haha, my man… that’s one food I probably could every day as well,” one person wrote. Another added, “I could eat chipotle every day but it would be a different stuff than the previous day.”
And others commented about the bowl ingredients and the hot salsa.
“So it wasn’t me just getting older. The hot salsa is actually hotter,” one person wrote. “Beans and sour cream are a NO GO everything else is fine with me. And yeah the hot salsa is too overpowering,” added another.
Bridges also shared his love of Chipotle back in early 2022 around the time they began featuring their plant-based chorizo.

According to this video, Bridges may have strayed from his usual bowl ingredients to include the plant-based chorizo, so maybe he changes his order up occasionally!
Mikal Bridges Got A Chopped Cheese The Ocky Way!
Even though Bridges said he eats Chipotle every single day, that’s not all he eats. A couple of months ago, Bridges went to the TikTok famous Red Hook Food Corp in Brooklyn for a chopped cheese the “Ocky way!”
“Yo Ock, can I get a chopped cheese the Ocky way?” Bridges asked Rahim Mohamed, better known as General Ock, owner of Red Hook Food Corp.

Bridges’ visit to get a chopped cheese came shortly after he was traded to the Nets from the Phoenix Suns. Many people visit Red Hook Food Corp to try their favorite sandwiches the “Ocky way” and being a new resident of Brooklyn, it was only a matter of time before Bridges did too.
