Sister Wives returned with Kody Brown singing a tale of woe that includes being undermined by the women he married, all except for one on this TLC series. This is nothing new coming from Kody. But it now reaches an extreme that borders on lunacy for the fans of this show.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Feeling Sorry For Himself?
Kody Brown claims he’s still very tender from the wounds inflicted by Christine Brown‘s divorce. Now with the holidays coming, Kody feels everyone should drop their plans and support him in his time of need.
At one point when he couldn’t get through to Christine about how depressed he was, he took another route. Kody brought up being in the fetal position on the floor with COVID.
But it seems like each time he came into the camera lens, he was complaining and demanding his family allow him to be the leader.
At the same time that he goes overboard about feeling slighted, he is putting Robyn Brown on a pedestal. Not only do the other wives see Robyn as his favorite, but his kids also do, according to at least two of the Sister Wives’ moms.
Robyn Asks – Who Are You People?
While Kody Brown explains about how down he is from awful treatment from the family, his favorite wife hums her tune of feeling slighted as well. Suddenly she wonders if she came into the family without knowing what it was all about.
Meri Brown referred to this statement as either Robyn wearing blinders, or the family had some good acting going on at the time. In other words, that’s next to impossible. She knew what the Kody Brown family was all about.
Then two of the wives claim the family started to unhinge when Robyn came on board. It seems that Kody Brown counters that with his own view.
He claims for the first two decades of the Sister Wives’ marriage, as much as they tried, there was not much unity among them. The first two decades happen to be before Robyn joined them.
Apparently, in Kody’s eyes, it got better once the fourth wife became part of his Sister Wives family. But for Janelle Brown and Christine Brown, Robyn moving in seemed to be the starting point of the family no longer coming together as they used to.
Sister Wives: Kody Signed Up to Like Everyone’s Turkey
Meri Brown seems like quite the comedian since she’s become more independent. She cracked herself up while talking to Robyn over another Thanksgiving without the family. Meri plans to be there, at Robyn’s house, but that’s it from the Sister Wives family.
Meri let out a good belly laugh over saying Kody liked Robyn’s turkey better than hers. Then she topped it off by saying that Kody Brown signed up to like all his wives’ turkeys.

For many fans of the Sister Wives show, Kody Brown acted needy and very upset that he’s lost the leadership of his family. Sadly, he didn’t seem to empathize with any of his wives’ dilemmas.
During the first episode of Season 18, everything to come out of Kody’s mouth was about Kody Brown. So, it looks like it’s off to a messy start. This new season of Sister Wives continues on Sunday nights at 10 pm on TLC.
