Sister Wives: Janelle Not Severed from Kody Completely

Sister Wives star Janelle Brown doesn’t need Kody Brown for much of anything these days with her kids all grown, but she surprised fans with a new plan last week. When Christine Brown left, well, she left, period. She no longer has ties to Kody at all, this even includes real estate properties. But her co-wife and best friend is another story.

Sister Wives: Janelle Brown Shares Her Plan

Janelle Brown is spending a lot of time with Christine Brown, which leaves her ex-partner rather peeved. Unlike Christine, Janelle won’t use the word “divorce” to describe her marital status.

She’s a realist and since she never legally married her Sister Wives husband whom four women shared, she does not look at herself as divorced. She is also furious at Kody Brown for a number of things, starting with the treatment of her kids.

Janelle seemed under the impression that her boys were not allowed at Kody’s house. That is unless they first apologized to Robyn Brown.

But in spite of all this, this mom of six continues with her plan to build on Coyote Pass. Although now, it looks as if she’s the only one from the Sister Wives clan who plans to do so.

Kody Brown Won’t Be Janelle’s Neighbor?

The latest reports indicate that Kody and Robyn Brown won’t be building on Coyote Pass. From what Janelle said on the Sister Wives episode last Sunday, they can’t build until the land is paid off.

While Janelle can see a few ways to get that done, she cites the house they all purchased for Robyn as a problem when attempting to find the funds. But she’s bound and determined to break ground on that land.

She even rolled out her house plans for Christine this week on Sister Wives. But from what the recent reports say, Kody and Robyn won’t be building there. So, she will be the lone resident on the Coyote Pass land.

Sister Wives: Kody and Janelle Pay Off the Land

What we see Janelle and Kody doing on the show happened about a year ago. They are talking about how they will spend Thanksgiving. But that’s last year’s holiday on the show.

So, Janelle was looking at the house plans with her co-wife in that same timeline. However, a recent report indicates that Janelle and Kody not only paid off the parcel of land where she plans to build, but another as well.

So, it looks like Janelle’s tenacity paid off.  Her Coyote Pass dream house is closer to materializing today. But that means she’s going to be neighbors with Kody and Robyn right? Well, another report this week says that amid the collapse of the family, Kody Brown doesn’t have plans to build on Coyote Pass.

So, Janelle Brown went over the blueprints for her house on Sister Wives last week. This is the house she intends to build as originally planned on her lot. Plus the latest reports indicate the roadblock to build was removed by Janelle and Kody Brown by paying off that parcel.

Meri Brown settled in Utah, as well as Christine Brown who now lives in that state as well. Janelle is the only wife who left Kody seemingly still interested in living near him. Although it now sounds as if he is not building. This means Janelle Brown might just have Coyote Pass all to herself if these reports ring true. Tune in Sunday at 10 pm to TLC as Sister Wives Season 18 continues.
