Whitney Thore’s half-sister, Angie, and her daughter, Jamie, are coming to Greensboro, North Carolina, to visit. However, Glenn Thore admits he doesn’t know what they will do when they come. He feels that they have to show them around their town. Hunter Thore tells them that his half-sister already told him she wants him to take her out.

The My Big Fat Fabulous Life reality star remembers what Angie wants to do while in town. She raises her hand and says that her half-sister told her that she wants to get a family tattoo.
However, Glenn doesn’t seem to be on board with the idea. He tells Whitney that they should move on to something else. He asks her if she is sure that was Angie’s idea. She tells her dad, “Swear to God.”
Whitney Explains Family Tattoo Idea to Glenn
Whitney tells Glenn that Angie wants everyone to get one, and she already knows what she wants it to be. She reveals that it is “some sort of knot.” She explains that her half-sister gave them keychains with rope on them. That is the knot she wants to get tattooed. It is a double eight knot.
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life cast member explains that Angie gave them the keychain knots when they saw them in Alabama. During that trip, they were all getting along and getting close. So, Angie suggested that they get the knots tattooed on them.
Whitney loves getting spontaneous tattoos. The TLC star doesn’t care. She will get one anytime. She will even put them anywhere on her body. But she knows that getting her dad to get a tattoo will never happen. She explains that Glenn has disowned her whenever she gets a new tattoo.

Whitney Thore tells Glenn Thore that he can get the tattoo somewhere no one will see it. She tells him it will be such a fun experience. It will also get him out of his comfort zone, which was the whole reason behind the bucket list.
However, the My Big Fat Fabulous Life castmate feels he has gone 77 years without getting a tattoo. He isn’t sure if he wants to add one now.
However, Whitney tells Glenn he is going to get a tattoo. She says that he is the one who started the family. He can’t be the only one who doesn’t get it. She feels her dad is coming up with any excuse not to get the ink. So, will he give in and get the tattoo?
