General Hospital comings and goings confirm Damian Spinelli is back again, and he gives someone a rude awakening.
Also, two legacy characters are back and on a mission on GH. Check out the latest casting updates for the ABC soap opera.
General Hospital Comings & Goings: Damian Spinelli Resurfaces
GH casting updates see Damian Spinelli back this week. Last we saw The Jackal, he popped back up to help find Ava Jerome (Maura West) when she was kidnapped by Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey).
When Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) realized Ava was missing, she knew Spinelli was the one to call. After all, she has seen him help Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and the late Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) for years on General Hospital.
So, with Spinelli’s help, Joss and her boyfriend, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), found Ava, alerted Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and saved her before Mason could kill her.
Currently, Spinelli’s appearances are few and far between. But, this time, he is returning quickly and delivers a warning to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). No doubt, Cody is changing his ways.
He is no longer the money-hungry schemer he was when he first arrived in Port Charles. However, Spin likely still does not trust Cody on General Hospital. Furthermore, he may not like how much time he’s been spending with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
Indeed, he’s in for a shock when he discovers Cody is Maxie’s pseudo-brother because he is Mac Scorpio‘s (John J. York) son. Hopefully, Spinelli will hang around for a while and get a juicy storyline.
GH Casting Changes: Monica & Tracy Back
General Hospital comings and goings also put Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) back in town. Monica is back because of Hamilton Finn‘s (Michael Easton) malpractice lawsuit.
And Tracy came home to get documents proving she’s Luke Spencer‘s (Anthony Geary) power of attorney. However, it’s more likely that Tracy is home because she misses her family. Plus, she reunited with her son, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), now that his memory is back.
On top of that, she consulted with Monica on Finn’s case. Recently, they decided to fully support him because they believe him and he is a huge asset to General Hospital. Hopefully, they will both stay on for a longer stint.
General Hospital Casting Updates: Will Liesl Stay?
GH casting news recalls that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) recently returned, and fans are hoping she sticks around. However, it doesn’t look that way because she is enjoying traveling for medical conferences.
Plus, she and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) appear to be over for good. So, Liesl may head back out of town and be gone for a long while. GH is thrilling and exciting. Tune in to see what Damian Spinelli’s up to on the ABC daytime drama.
