General Hospital super-couple Anna Devane and Valentin Cassadine are facing several threats these days, and things are only getting worse. So, “Vanna” may be destined to fail, and their relationship could soon come to an end on the ABC soap opera.
General Hospital: Valentin Cassadine Broke Anna Devane’s Trust
Currently, on GH, Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) trust in Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is shaken. They both live dangerous lives and have sketchy pasts. But at the end of the day, Anna always thought that Valentin was honest with her and would tell her everything.
But now she’s starting to uncover lie after lie, and she’s realizing that there are many things Val isn’t honest about. He didn’t tell her about his ties to Pikeman Security. He lied to her about going to ELQ the night her house was set on fire on General Hospital.
And now, he’s hiding the truth from her that his daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) is the one who trashed her hotel room. Indeed, she’ll find out eventually and that may be the final straw for her on General Hospital.
But even if they can work through the trust issues, Charlotte is bent on getting Anna away from her “Papa.” And there may be no coming back from that for “Vanna.”
Victor Cassadine Haunting “Vanna” on GH
Val and Anna can’t escape evil Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), even after his death. Vic hated Anna with a passion and wanted her away from his son. He always felt that it was her fault that Valentin wasn’t loyal to him.
Even though he’s dead, he managed to ruin Anna’s good name and get her fired from the WSB. Now, he has programmed Charlotte to make it her life’s mission to split Anna and Valentin up.
Recently, on General Hospital, we learned that Victor sent Charlotte a letter and tarot cards. The same kind of cards Peter August (Wes Ramsey) used to program Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
He convinced Charlotte that Anna is trying to come between her and Val. So, she’s terrorizing Anna, hoping to get rid of her for good. And in addition to breaking “Vanna” up, Charlotte may have bigger plans…
Val & Nina Reunion Ahead on General Hospital?
It looks like GH might be setting up a reunion between Valentin and his ex, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Charlotte loves Nina, so she might try to get them back together. Also, Nina’s world is about to come crashing down.
She’s about to be exposed for turning Drew and Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) into the SEC for Insider trading. And when the truth comes out, her fiancée Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may turn his back on her.
Then, that would leave her available for Val on General Hospital. So, “Vanna” and “Sona” may split soon, and Nina and Val may turn to each other and rekindle their old flame.
