DOOL spoilers report that Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) starts work at the Salem PD. In fact, he was a bit surprised when police commissioner Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) took him up on his ask. After all, even though the new hire has vast experience in law enforcement as a Navy Seal Vet, he did work for Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson). Well, after all, he was brainwashed.
However, Rafe knows the job seeker is a good man. Plus, the police department is short-staffed on Days of our Lives. Especially now that Detective Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) left Salem for in-patient alcohol treatment in Europe. So, the Commish gives the unemployed man a chance. His first assignment? Find who took Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) to England.
Further, his new job startles Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). Her experience with Megan’s former henchman is still fresh in her mind. While she forgives Harris, she may be apprehensive about the man working for Rafe’s police force. Will she share her shock with Harris? Or take it up with the top cop?

While Ava is street-savvy, she claims she’s turned a new leaf. She doesn’t want to turn to a life of crime to help Clyde Weston. But she may not have much of a choice on DOOL. After all, he can get to Tripp from behind bars. And her son means the world to her.
