Jasmine Pineda is open about her struggles with mental health. She recently spoke about the challenging times she faced during the global pandemic. The TLC star explains that she struggled not being able to work out and having to stay home. She says it was the law that she wasn’t allowed to go out. She found it very difficult.

So, the 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days reality star found comfort in overeating. Before the virus outbreak, she weighed 118 pounds. However, as months went by and she wasn’t allowed to work out at the gym, she gained almost 20 pounds. Post-pandemic, she weighed 140 pounds. It was the heaviest she had ever been.
Jasmine explains that as someone who struggles with anxiety and was”diagnosed as a kid with hyperactivity,” being unable to work out was a “real nightmare.” It was tough for her back in 2020. She reveals she went through a lot of suffering.

Jasmine was happy when she was able to get back into the gym. She explains that working out and running are a part of her therapy. It is the time that she has to herself. She says it’s a moment when she can turn off her “overthinking and relax.”
Two years later, the 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days cast member feels that she can finally say she has been able to return to her old self. And she explains it “feels like glory.”
Jasmine can relate to those who also felt like they were suffering during the pandemic. She understands how hard it was for some people. However, she thinks these people “survived one of the scariest periods of modern times.”

Jasmine Pineda hasn’t only dropped a lot of weight since getting back in shape. She has also made a few changes to her appearance. She is open about the injections she gets to her face. However, she also went under the knife.

Jasmine explains that her fiance Gino Palazzolo didn’t pay for the procedure. She paid for it herself. However, she did reveal that he is supportive of the decisions to makes to enhance her appearance. She feels it is essential for her partner to support her in all aspects.
In the new Before the 90 Days season, the TLC celeb plans to get a vaginal rejuvenation. She hopes it will spark more romance with her and Gino in the bedroom. But it looks like they have more problems that go beyond the bedroom.
