The Bridget Jones film series began with a love triangle, so it’s only fitting that the the final installment, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, has one too.

The first trailer for the upcoming movie, which was released on Tuesday, November 12, shows the titular heroine (Renée Zellweger) reentering the dating scene four years after the death of her beloved husband, Mark Darcy (Colin Firth).

“You just have to get laid,” Bridget’s friend Shazzer (Sally Phillips) tells her.

“You are effectively a nun. A very, very naughty nun,” says her ex Daniel Cleaver (Hugh Grant), who is back for Mad About the Boy. It was previously revealed at the end of Bridget Jones’s Baby that Daniel had been found alive after being presumed dead from a plane crash.

Bridget’s pal Miranda (Sarah Solemani) makes her a Tinder profile, but the diarist gets the attention of two men through more unconventional circumstances — while attempting to help her two young children down from a tree, Bridget gets stuck.

While Grant — who said during an October appearance on The Graham Norton Show that he was “crammed in” to the new film despite there being “no obvious role” for his character — called Mad About the Boy “very sad” at points, the trailer is far from being all doom and gloom.

“I had a full night of utterly mind-blowing sex and it was amazing,” a disheveled looking Bridget yells without realizing that the studio behind her is already filled with live audience members, who go on to applaud her NSFW confession. Clearly, fans can look forward to more of Bridget’s signature antics in the final chapter.
