Jordana Brewster’s ex-husband, film producer Andrew Form, has been ordered to pay the actress $32,500 per month in modified child support.

According to court documents filed in California on November 5 and obtained by Us Weekly, Form, 52, also must make a one-time payment of $100,000 to Brewster within 10 days.

Form and Brewster, 44, married in 2007 and share two sons: Julian, 11, and Rowan, 8, whom they welcomed via surrogacy. Brewster filed for divorce in 2020 and is now married to businessman Mason Morfit.

Form has since remarried as well and recently welcomed his first baby with wife Alexandra Daddario. The couple, who announced their new arrival in October, have not revealed the baby’s name or gender.

The child support decision comes months after Brewster and Form reached a shared custody agreement in April. Brewster will have custody of the kids during the week, while Form will be able to spend time with them on weekends.

Brewster has spoken in the past about her journey with surrogacy, opening up to Yahoo Parenting in 2015 shortly before she had Rowan.

“I didn’t really have a choice about being open, since it was obvious I wasn’t pregnant. For me it wasn’t a choice; I needed to use a surrogate. But I didn’t feel judged. It’s more like I felt awkward,” Brewster said. “Sometimes I feel a little left out when other moms talk about what their birth experience was like, and I feel the loss of not having carried or having been able to carry.”

Per the custody agreement, the kids will stay permanently in the Santa Barbara area, allowing Form the ability to spend time with them. Brewster also had to provide Form with a housing allowance for up to three years.

Brewster and Form met on the set of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning in 2005, which Form produced. Brewster, who starred in the film, revealed in a 2007 interview with InStyle Weddings that the two initially kept their relationship a secret.

“We started dating in secret — you know, hanging out in my trailer — because it would have been unprofessional otherwise,” Brewster said. “But every day, Andrew wore these work boots to the set, and if I was lying down in the shot or there was equipment in the way, I’d look for his shoes. It was comfortable just to know he was nearby.”
