Former “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” star Hannah Brown is celebrating her 29th birthday in Mexico!
The reality television star is showing off her bikini body while rocking a skimpy red bathing suit, leaving her fans speechless.

“Woke up 29 in Mexico with my fiancé??? Grateful for this life and all the birthday wishes!,” she captioned the post.
Fans immediately took to the comments section to wish the former “Bachelorette” lead a happy birthday. “Happy birthday queen ??????,” one fan wrote while another commented, “Happy birthday!!”.
Another said, “Happy Birthday Beautiful ?”.
Celebrating With Her Fiancé
Former “Bachelorette” lead Hannah Brown has been with Adam Woolard for more than two years now.
The two became pet parents to Wally in January 2022 and then took the next step in their relationship by moving cross-country from Santa Monica, California, to Nashville, Tennessee, in March 2023.
In August 2024 Woolard got down on one knee and proposed to Brown, to which she said yes.
Now, the two are celebrating Brown’s birthday together in Mexico. Despite being engaged now, the former “Bachelor” alum opened up about how she suffered anxiety leading up to the engagement.
“We went back and forth, I was like, ‘Are you OK with us sharing our engagement story this way?’ Because if you’ve listened to the episode [of my ‘Better Tomorrow’ podcast], it is complicated,” Brown, 29, told Us Weekly. “I kind of felt like, ‘Oh, my gosh, are people going to judge our relationship because it wasn’t this smooth, fairy-tale thing?’ And that’s what everybody seems to look like on social media when you see these posts. But it’s been so cool to be able to see the messages that I’m getting of, ‘This is how people actually feel.’ Most people who have gotten engaged are, like, not fully the way it always looks. There is some fear [and] there is some anxiety that goes on.”
Hannah Brown’s New Podcast
Hannah Brown launched a new podcast on July 19, in which previously said that she hopes will answer the challenging question, “Am I better today than I was yesterday?” She will do so by having guest hosts join her to talk about a variety of topics ranging from health and wellness to faith to self-confidence and care. She and her guests will also talk about love, mental health, relationships, and more.
In the teaser announcement, Brown says, “My absolute favorite thing to do is have a good, hard talk with my best friends, and yeah, that’s you… [I’ll] have a range of guests including top experts, artists, and entrepreneurs — and honestly, sometimes people I just want to chat with.”
She continued, “I’m also on the journey, so I won’t have all the answers, but I do hope to provide raw, unfiltered takeaways and revelations that you also can relate to. This is for you and me. We can make it whatever we want it to be. Did that just rhyme? Let’s go for it! We’ll be better tomorrow.”
