Taylor Swift delivered a gift to HAIM fans one year ago this week!
The besties and collaborators- Swift appeared on a remix of the HAIM track “Gasoline,” and vice versa on Swift’s “no body no crime”- memorably made the audience at the trio’s concert on July 21st, 2022!
‘Swifties’ and fans of the trio are commemorating the anniversary on Twitter, making the band a trending topic on Saturday afternoon. Swift, who is in the middle of her ‘Eras Tour,’ will perform in Seattle, Washington, on the 22nd, leaving many Twitter Swifties thinking another surprise could be in the works!
Swift And HAIM Performed Together On Stage At London’s o2 Arena On July 21st!
YouTube footage of Swift’s portion of the show depicts Danielle Haim introducing her “favorite song” of the set, “Gasoline.” The track originally appears on the band’s third LP, “Women In Music, pt. III.” The trio recently revealed plans to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their first album, “Days Are Gone,” by playing the record front to back in concert!
Alana disrupts the performance nearly two minutes in, by saying “Wait, you guys, we’re in London. We can’t play London without bringing out a special guest,” the “Licorice Pizza” actress said to an approving crowd.
After singing the “Speak Now” songstress’ praises, Alana tells the audience that the special guest is close to the HAIM girlies.
Swift then joins the trio to finish “Gasoline” before greeting the crowd. She confirms the audience’s awareness that she hadn’t been on stage “for a very long time,” and that she had to crash the o2 show to see her “girls” play the iconic stage.
She soon encourages the crowd to “sing the loudest [they’ve] sung all night” if the foursome decided to play a mash-up. Swift then begins singing the iconic “Love Story” from her LP “Fearless,” as the sisters continue singing “Gasoline.”
Fans Were So Moved By The Performance To The Point Of Commemorating It One Year Later!
So much has happened for Swift in the year since she joined her besties on stage at the o2 in London! She announced and began the Eras Tour, released the next ‘Taylor’s Version’ album, and split with her beau of six years, actor Joe Alwyn.
Her fanbase isn’t concentrating on any potential lingering sadness over the break-up on Twitter; they are busy honoring this iconic performance, and wondering if there could be a potential repeat when she takes the stage in Seattle tonight!

A Swiftie, who appears to be attending the show tonight, listed some giant possibilities the audience could possibly witness tonight. In addition to a “no body, no crime” duet with HAIM, she names a possible “Cruel Summer” music video and a special tribute for the release of “folklore.” “Cruel Summer” is Swift’s current single (per The Blast) four years after its release on 2019’s “Lover.” Swift cited the COVID-19 pandemic for delaying it from happening.
