Ariana Grande is ushering in her celebratory era!
Despite countless headlines pertaining to her personal life lately, the “34+35” singer is getting ready to look back. 2023 marks the tenth anniversary of Grande’s first album!
Prior to her work behind the mic, Grande was known for her work in front of the camera as she dazzled viewers of the Nickelodeon show “Sam and Cat” with her whimsy.
Fans were able to see a whole new side of Grande as she released her first album and dove into her career as a pop princess.
Grande recently teased her fans on Instagram about her plans to commemorate ”Yours Truly”s tenth anniversary, and she has now revealed the specifics!
On Saturday morning, she dropped a nostalgic-fueled peek into upcoming “Yours Truly”-related events, revealing how she plans to honor a ‘truly’ important stepping stone of her career.
Grande Goes Back To Her Roots By Looking Back At ‘Yours Truly’
“Yours Truly” has been on Grande’s radar for awhile. The singer may also be gearing up to promote the upcoming film adaptation of the Broadway smash “Wicked,” but it looks as if she has spent time in the studio working on “Yours Truly”s next iteration!
The Blast recently took a look at Grande’s studio snaps. In a recent Instagram carousel, Grande posted shots of sheet music laying on a control board in the recording studio.
According to the sheet music, Grande and her team of musicians are working on “full score” versions of the “Yours Truly” tracks.
The two other photos included in Grande’s post are subtle hints regarding the mood in the studio. In the second picture, Grande can be seen smiling and seemingly in motion, appearing to be enjoying the vibes!
Fans Finally See What Grande Has Been Working On!
Grande posted a reel, featuring a vintage-inspired living room and TV set, with the television showing a juxtaposition of old and new footage!
Bursts of TV static switch between interview footage from 2013, and Grande today in the studio, looking to her side and working on vocal warmups and trills.
Viewers then see a TV schedule featuring the upcoming “Yours Truly” events!
The party will start on Friday, August 25th, (or Thursday night at 9PM, PST), when fans will be able to stream the new 10th anniversary deluxe edition of “Yours Truly” when the album’s digital deluxe edition is released! Listeners will also be treated to a live performance of “honeymoon avenue” and “daydreamin’,”
The next day Grande will be hosting the first of two Q&A sessions along with a “merch capsule” for the album.
Sunday, August 27th, will bring a live performance of “baby i.”
Monday, August 28th, fans will be able to preorder the album on vinyl, as well as participate in the second part of Grande’s Q&A sesh!
On Tuesday, the 29th, viewers will be able to watch performances of “tattooed heart” and “right there.”
The party concludes on Wednesday, August 30th, with a performance of “the way,” and the premiere of some “behind the scenes stuff we found” from the OG “Yours Truly” era!
Fans were thrilled with the “magic” within the special week, with one lamenting seemingly having no breaks to grab the tissues in between surprises!

“Yours Truly” was originally released on August 30th of 2013. Grande’s latest studio album “positions” was released amid the pandemic in 2020.
