Sister Wives star Meri Brown has the fans’ attention this season for a few reasons, and it looks like on the next new episode of the TLC series she gives them even more. Season 18 promised to offer up the road that led to the demise of Kody Brown’s family. Well, so far they’ve been true to their word, but maybe just a little too true?
Sister Wives: Meri Brown and Fans’ Crystal Ball
Meri Brown no longer considers herself a wife of Kody Brown today. But she tried. This came down from Meri herself a while back. So fans today get to watch each step that brings her closer to severing her ties with Kody.
But this has not been easy to watch for Sister Wives fans who also see themselves as die-hard Meri Brown fans. Knowing that Kody is not going to budge, it becomes harder each week to hear Meri offer up hope. Next week, her pending move to Utah is heavy on her mind.
Not because she thinks she’ll miss Flagstaff. No, it’s because she worries about the message this will send her husband of almost three decades. While she goes on about these worries, it’s like fans know all about it already as social media acted like their crystal ball.
Some Fans Embarrassed for Meri
Meri Brown went on and on this week about how worried she is about Robyn Brown when she learns that Meri decided to move. But then a new report came out this week when Robyn’s best friend is trying to take the blame off of Robyn and put it on Meri.
So, while Meri Brown talks about Robyn as a friend in the Sister Wives episodes, many of the viewers wonder about that. On the next Sunday’s episode, Meri Brown is still in a quandary over telling Kody that she’s moving.
She wants to become a full-fledged wife of the Sister Wives patriarch. She fears that this move will discourage Kody, and he’ll think this move means that she’s given up.
Sister Wives: Kody Doesn’t Care
While Meri is aware that Kody doesn’t seem to care very much about her, this doesn’t mean she’s given up. She admits that he won’t blink an eye over her move. But again, she’s afraid this sends the wrong message.

Sister Wives showed a clip of Robyn encouraging Meri to try and make things work with Kody. Fans know that his youngest wife is fully aware of the disdain he has for Meri.
Yet, instead of just letting this go, Sister Wives viewers think this co-wife tries to set Meri up for failure. Many suggest this all goes back to keeping the series alive with drama. Because without it, the show won’t last.
But fans are tired of seeing Robyn pushing Meri Brown to a dead end. Luckily that crystal ball aka social media lets fans know that Meri is a single woman today and enjoying her new lease on life. But watching her go through this painful experience, has been a tough ride on the fans of this TLC series.
