The ever-dedicated mother, Jessie J, cannot get enough of her son’s adorableness and wants the world to know just how obsessed she is!

Like she always does, she took to social media to serenade the little one with her impressive vocal skills, but it seems Sky clearly inherited it from his mother.

Jessie J Feels Like The ‘Luckiest Girl In The World’ With Son’s Vocal Abilities

The English pop icon recently uploaded a video on her Instagram feed where she sang the gospel tune “Oh Happy Day” to her son, Sky, whom she shares with the professional athlete Chanan Colman. As she belted out the line, “Oh, happy day,” the tot tried to sing along but was only able to match her tone without words.

He then tried mimicking other parts of the lyrics as she sang to him. Jessie J’s face did not appear in the clip, but Sky, who had nothing but pure delight in his eyes, was seen lying on white sheets. He was also swaddled in a matching blanket against a white pillow while wearing a white vest exposing his chubby hands, which he folded in the sheets.

“Happy humpday from me and my ?,” the proud mama expressed in the caption. “I feel like the luckiest girl in the world every day ???.” The post amassed over 101k likes, with numerous comments lauding Sky’s developing vocal abilities. One fan exclaimed, “So so adorable and cute! ? I have a feeling he will grow up to be an amazing singer, just like his mom. ?.”

A second user gushed, “Aww, he’s singing back to mummy ????????” while another penned, “Not me waiting on him to mimic the riff note for note (bc this wouldn’t surprise me with you as his mama.)? He’s so beautiful Jessie!!” A fourth fan noted, “It really does sound like he is trying to sing along, especially the word “happy”!? so precious!!”

Similarly, a fifth comment read, “Oh wow, it’s sounds like he is trying to sing happy day? it’s in the genes ?” and another shared, “In his mind, he was with you word for word. We heard you, cutie pie, we heard you!!! There’s levels and inflections to this ???.”

“My ovaries! He was singing back ????,” one more admirer enthused, followed by a devotee who raved, “Stoppp it, he is definitely trying to harmonize with you.”

Subsequently, a ninth comment read, “Omgoodness, he’s truly trying to sing ?” which a fan echoed, saying, “Already singing ? Little Skyyyyy.” Another Instagram user believed the youngster would be properly singing before he could talk, and one more follower agreed, writing, “Awwww, he’s going to be a singer like his mumma ?? ?.”

As fans are all over the less-than-three-month-old baby boy, they may also recall when his mom shared a sweet connection her motherhood journey shared with her iconic single “Price Tag” earlier in July.

At the time, she took to Instagram using a shot of Sky with a massive teddy bear that had one eye crossed out. The toy’s fur looked quite old, and as fans deduced, it was from Jessie J’s music video for “Price Tag,” which premiered in 2011.

Despite it being over a decade since the clip’s release, the “Laserlight” songstress kept the teddy bear and admitted so in the post’s caption, writing, “I kept the bear from the Price Tag video for 13 years for this exact moment,” adding, “I sobbed taking this picture – Priceless.”

The “Nobody’s Perfect” Vocalist Opens Up About Sleeping Difficulties Amid Motherhood Journey

Although Jessie J seemed to enjoy many moments amid maternity, she also had some bad days, which she recently got candid about on her Instagram Story.

Earlier this month, she filmed Sky sleeping in his cot and confessed in an attached message that she had not slept in three days as her partner was away, and she had to care for the infant alone. The 35-year-old also cried for “help” after lamenting that her son had become a “snoring gremlin clarinet.”

“I have never been this tired in all my life,” she further wrote. “Hugging all the mums and Dads doing it alone right now. Delusional, exhausted, and doing your best. You the mvp.”
